OEM, Distribution & Reseller Agreements are all variations of agreements where one party is authorized to offer another party's product for sale within a stated territory, generally for a stated period of time, and subject to certain training, sales volume, royalty obligation. If the product is offered to an end user, if its offered in the name of the developer or the dealer with help determine which of these agreements apply.
